This siren sounded in attack, as well as all the other 8 2001's. This particular siren I believe has a broken rotator. This malfunction has been reported to the Franklin, TN EMA.

I was not in Indianpolis for this purpose. But showed up right at 11 when they test. I had just got out of the car and captured the last half of the test. I believe all you can here is the 2001-SRNB on top of 18th S. Meridian, and the Thunderbolt at IUPUI.
