A lot of people I talk to are confused by the broken, interpolated linearity of the film and want to dismiss it as a huge "head trip" or "mystery". Finding this letter in the war box only serves to confuse the viewer and does nothing to further the plot of the movie.

I've saw a great deal of roads adjacent to residential homes being torn up and new water piping being installed all around in 2006 and 2007. Practically every major street throughout had new piping installed. Coincidence? I don't think so.
