Finally Air Force EOD (Exoplosive Ordinance Disposal) arrived to save the day.. they had this cool remote controled robot that can disarm a bomb from a distance... too bad my battery ran out at the end. The bomb was difused and we got a closer look... it was huge... if it had went off, I wouldnt...

I interview our interpreter Mustafa...during our patrol, we encountered an IED... it didnt go off. so we got Mustafa to help talking with the local authorities to find out what happened... I use this opportunaty to ask him about his feeling about the war. he was a good guy. (March 2004)
