Done at Niagara Falls Open Summer 2008 (NOS). It was a great competition, thanks to Rhodri and Dave who organized it! The times were: 11.63, (12.22), (10.03), 11.33, 11.55 I was glad I could finally get sub 12 averages, even with the little amount of sleep I had.
