a film to suggest that a painting or drawing can be a time based project, most people see a painting as an end product but actually when it is being produced there are several stages that are significant in its ever changing progress. the drawing you see is developing over the period of a night whilst the artist was influenced by a changing scenery and selection of music. it was an excersise to connnect with the subconcious thought, drawing whatever first came to mind. when presented, this film was projected on to the back of tracing paper in a picture frame so it appeared that there was a moving painting in the frame.
