Dozens of family members cheered the first riders to reach the second rest stop at the Duxbury Middle School Saturday morning in the Audi best Buddies Challenge: Hyannis Port five-star cycling event. The riders had started in Boston shortly after 8 a.m. in the rain and had 100 miles ahead of them before ending at Craigville beach in Hyannis.
