This is dedicated to all the long-time Vince Gill fans out there. Here is Vince and band on the northern California leg of the 'When I Call Your Name' Tour. It was about 102 degrees in the shade at the afternoon show in the Sacramento valley, so the guys keep their caps on. The air conditioning on Vince's bus went on the blink in Utah, and he had to play the fair circuit in such out of the way mountain towns as Bishop and Sonora, and at the Placer County Fair! Rare footage from Vince's first solo tour!!! Special thank you to Vince for humbly allowing me to film your show! It was fun hanging out with you and finally getting to hear you live! All the guys in the band were great musicians, and just very nice, cool dudes; it was great chatting (well the boy finally 'made it'!) with y'all. If you ever read this, Vince, thanks for all the great music and the memories (and for the t-shirt!). I've heard several of his renditions of this song, and I still think this one is technically the best. Enjoy! -Josh Santa Cruz, CA.
