Alright. I'ma word this out. here: First fold the paper in half and half again. Then unfold and fold it "rolling" all the way. Make a timy fold in the corner so that the end an go into the other end. Insert tip into hole. Then flaten it from the point. Now you have to blow into it. here's how. alright there's an end.(which i specificly ponted at, which when you blow in, the air will escape, and get out the side, so you want to blow on the other side, where air can't escape. make the hole by licking your finger and rubbing it on the middle of the paper. rub rub rub rub rub rub rub rub rub till there's a hole through 1 layer only. So make suer it's like at least 3/4 of a cm in diameter. Then blow into that shape it with your fingers so it will keep the shape. K it ready. Now stomp on it as fast and strong as you can. Do not do with bare feet or socks, will hurt. With shoe. DO in a room or something, where sound will bounce off. if it does not pop the first time, you can just reblow into it. happy popin'. And that paper that comes at 02;47 is your feet so you need to jump on it or something
