An excellent position for access to the rest of Nice and the beaches and restuarants of the Old Town and the Port. The apartment is 100 meters from the port & 200 meters from the place Garibaldi (where the nearest tram stop is). The apartment is on the 5th floor and east and west facing. The building has voted AND paid for the renovation of the entrance hall. The apartment does need some refreshing, but it's got a lot going for it including a long 8 meter balcony with a view to Mont Boron. Inside there is a brand new bathroom, a separate fitted kitchen, a spacious living room, and two bedrooms. Once again, as we have seen over the last 2 months, we are starting to see real value for money. At 280,000 euros for 75 square meters close to all services this represents great value for money.
