- "Clandestine" : Kept or done in secret, often in order to conceal an illicit or improper purpose You should probably stop/pause the video and read first... it's really long 0.o By the end, it's kinda more of a Jun tribute (Might be last vid for a while; I feel really out of it at the moment) Song: The Secret's In the Telling Artist: Dashboard Confessional Program used: Sony Vegas 7.0 Footage: various Yu-Gi-Oh GX episodes Pairing: [one-sided] Valentineshipping (Manjoume Jun/Tenjoin Asuka a.k.a. Chazz Princeton/Alexis Rhodes) hints of Royalshipping and Fianceshipping Plot: Jun really likes Asuka but when Jun gets himself (and eventually Asuka) under Hikari no Kessha, he finds himself in trouble. Subplot: Knowing Ryo liked Asuka, Judai gets upset and blames Jun for Kaiser's death. Viewpoint: Jun's Dedication: QueenTwilla Connected to: Obviate http://youtube.com/watch?v=PmYfAAqNksU After a while, it veers from Valentineshipping to Jun trying to keep a friendship with Judai; it's cause I wanted a story that developed more of Manjoume in this weird universe 0.o I blame-- I mean thank QueenTwilla for the inspiration for this video (: Story: -warnings: long, angsty, AU- Jun likes Asuka but he goes about it really childishly so she lets him down kindly, but it still crushes him. After one more attempt, Asuka gives him a chance. On the way, Jun gets corrupted by Hikari no Kessha, unintentionally standing her up and humiliating her. He corrupts her too, reasoning it's punishment for not returning his feelings. While in HnK, Asuka is concerned for Jun, but he doesn't know why he doesn't reciprocate. When Judai frees Jun, he sees what Asuka is now and doesn't like it. Jun learns he was the one that turned Asuka into what she is, inspiring Ryo to punch him. Knowing he deserved it, he tries to make up for it to Judai and Ryo by bringing Asuka back. But when Asuka is back, him (unintentionally) standing her up and corrupting her pushed her straight into Judai's arms (which Judai accepts as a favor). Jun grows out of his feelings, accepting that it was just a childish infatuation. Jun is then one of the three who witnesses Ryo fall fataly enough to die. Jun tries keeping it from Judai, but remembering that the brunette is his only real friend, he begins to say something (also because since Judai was his only friend, he didn't want any secrets between them). He also remembers that Judai and Ryo were good friends so hesitates again. But the brunette knows when Jun's being secretive, he threatens and yells it out of Jun. The dark Obelisk tells him and Judai races to the hospital with a hesitant Jun tagging along. They are both surprised to find a motionless Ryo. Realizing that Ryo really is dead, Judai blames Jun for his idolized Kaiser's death (reasoning that Ryo loved Asuka and was heartbroken that Jun drove Asuka into both HnK and Judai's own arms). Jun knows what Judai's about to do, objects, but Judai still punches him out. More [LONG] angst! A bit OOC for Judai, but I think it's so much fun to make him out to be the bad guy with good morals. (Just for clarification: Jun did push Asuka into Judai's arms, and Asuka thinks Judai loves her but the brunette knew Ryo liked her, and since he had no romantic feelings to give her, is only in the relationship for Asuka to be happy, knowing Ryo would've wanted her happy. But she doesn't know Judai's not in love with her. I watch too many soap operas, don't worry) But I needed that ending there; I would have just plain stopped with any other videos if I could not have that ending. Character development! Hope you like (:
