This is a recording of me performing a song from a musical called Chang and Eng: The Musical. It debuted in Singapore (but I didn't see it!! :( ) and since has toured around Asia until about 2002 or so. This is a musical based in Siam (now called Thailand), where I lived for over a decade- but still don't have a Thai accent :P Chang and Eng were Siamese twins who endured a lot of suffering in their lives, especially their childhood. In the musical, their mother, Nok, sings a song to them as children called Mai Phen Rai, which literally translated means Never Mind, in Thai. Its such a beautiful song, and I've always wanted to sing it but never could because there was no sheet music or karaoke instrumentals. So after I found out how to make my own instrumentals, I seized the chance :P This song is also very inspirational and talks about holding your head up even in the toughest of situations. :) Also, my mother loves this song and wanted me to sing it... so this is dedicated to her ;) NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT IS INTENDED.
