14.650 (without the form breaks on her first two tumbles and the stumble forward she'd had outscored Daria - a look into the future maybe?). If you saw Daria's vid first you'll know this, but the team mate directional cheering and loud shouting congrats are from the row behind us, filled by the WAIS junior team. They had a lot to be happy for, for Australia and for their top 2 girls. Yes Lauren had had this floor for years as a junior and it's a junior-style floor, but I felt she took away a lot of the cutesy style she pumped into when she was a junior and styled it up for senior use and presented it as well as it could be presented. Lovely extension in her presentation and I like that. I can definitely see her make floor finals in the future - she'll get a good new floor, which she'll be great at performing and other than that, she makes things look easy. And she has really great variety of gymnastics skills, and I love that.
