This as you see in the movie title is my first upper body workout since my back injury. So basically since January so my shoulder are a little weak but muscle memory should kick in and i will be back in track in no time. Even though my back is not 100% it has made a lot of improvement and the day i trained in the video i was pissed and wanted to just lift something. As you may be able to tell i have chalk on my shirt at the collar bone because earlier i was doing one handed cleans and presses with a barbell. Also in the video i missed the press with the left, dont worry i did it twice later on. The weight used is 95lbs because that is the most that can fit on the DBs and it barely did even with duck tape. In eight weeks at most i plan to be 110%, at that time watch out because i will be on fire in my training!!
