This is a parable of how when forgiveness is withheld it causes pain and suffering to the injured one. But the act of forgiveness brings health, wholeness and intimacy to the forgiver. This story was inspired by the foundational teaching of Christ about forgiveness and through his own examples in Matthew 18:21-22, Luke 23:34 and other places in the gospels. This is part 3 of 3.
