Reviewing my strategies I now realize I should've equipped steiner's rubber helmet. Why I swapped it for the iron helmet is beyond my understanding. Apparently I for some unexplainable reason thought I was going to gain a level and in response I wanted to try and get a head start on getting spirit up. This is why I try not to rush things. If I rush something whether it's a boss to fight or a puzzle to solve I do very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very stupid things. Really very stupid things. Argh... The festival of the hunt was too long. I can't record it. Instead Gizamaluke will be next. But I have to gain some levels and do some chocobo hot and cold too. Not to mention get some of Quina's blue magics too. (No I'm not abusing the limit glove that would make the vids pointless. Plus it requires luck to be able to pull off the limit gloves before quina gets pwned.) So it's going to be a while before I get to Gizamaluke.
