[the next day at the Jonases residents] Nick: [yawns] Morning mom [kisses her] Denise: Morning honey. Kevin Sr.: I have news for you and your brothers, but I'll wait for them to get up first. Nick: Ok. Kevin: [walks in] Hello. Kevin Sr.: Hey. Now all we need is Joe. Kevin: For what? Denise: He needs to tell you guys something. You guys want pancakes? N/K: Yes please. Joe: [yawns] Good morning. Kevin Sr.: Morning Joe. Now that everyone's here I have some news for you guys. Joe: What is it? Kevin Sr.: Well, we have another tour coming up. Kevin: Already? Kevin Sr.: Yes. There are a lot of states we didn't visit during the Burnin Up Tour and there are a lot of demands. Nick: [upset] When are we leaving? Kevin Sr.: Next week. Joe: [upset] When should we start packing up? Kevin Sr.: Possibily tomorrow. [there was a silence and the parents knew exactly what they were thinking] Denise: Guys, you're gonna see them soon. Don't worry. Kevin: [upset] Ok. Denise: You should probably call them. Joe: Nick's already on that I could see. Nick: [on the phone] Hi Emily? [walks to his room] I have to talk to you. Emily: What's wrong? Nick: [sighs] We're goin on another tour. Emily: [silent] Nick: Emily? Emily: [low upset tone] Yeah? Nick: I didn't even know til this morning. Emily: How long are you gonna be gone? Nick: Few months maybe. Emily: M-hmm. Nick: Do you promise to wait for me? Emily: Always. Even if it takes you years. Nick: I love you. Emily: I love you too. Nick: I'll talk to you later ok? Emily: Ok bye. Nick: Bye. -Jolyssa- Joe: [calling Alyssa and gets her voicemail] Hey Lyss, it's Joe. I have to tell you something so call me back. Love you bye. [a few moments later he gets a call] Joe: Hello? Alyssa: Hey. Joe: I have to tell you something. Alyssa: Ok. Joe: We're goin on tour again. Alyssa: Oh...for how long? Joe: Few months. Alyssa: I wish you didn't have to go. Joe: Me too. Alyssa: Wait was this the thing you needed to tell me yesterday? Joe: No, I found out about the tour this morning. Alyssa: Oh then what was the other thing you needed to tell me? Joe: I can't say over the phone I have to tell you in person. Alyssa: Ok, so you wanna meet at the park or something? Joe: The park at 12? Alyssa: Yeah sure. Kevin Sr.: [yells from downstairs] Joe! Joe: One second Lyss. [takes the phone away from his ear] Yeah dad? Kevin Sr.: I made a mistake we're leaving in 2 days. Joe: Oh....ok. [puts the phone back on his ear] Lyss? Alyssa: Yeah? Joe: I just found out we're leaving in 2 days. Alyssa: And I just found out that I'm doing something today so we can't go to the park. Joe: Tomorrow then? Alyssa: Yep. Joe: Ok see you then. Love you bye. Alyssa: Love you too bye.
