May 15, 2008 12:44 PM ET CLARKSVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say 1 of the missing children featured in the back windows of Clarksville police cruisers has been found. Tara Landers of the Morgan Nick Foundation said Dixie Rogers, 16, of Conway returned home to her mother after being missing for several weeks. Landers said Dixie had run away from home and was in the company of other children and several adults. Landers said either someone saw the cruiser with Dixie's image or heard about it from a news report and warned the adults at the residence where the teen was living. Landers said the adults urged Dixie to return home. Clarksville police have outfitted 12 cruisers with images of missing children from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas in hopes of reuniting families.
