I just received Power 90 in the mail so this is my before intro video. I have been Low Carb for over 3 months and lost 25 pounds so far. In addition, I was able to give up smoking and caffeine. An important part of a Low Carb Diet is exercise, so I am in week 6 of the Couch to 5k running program with the goal of working up to a half marathon next year. Adding Power 90 will help me in that goal as I strengthen my joints and built explosive strength and a firm core. I will progress through both Power 90 and P90 Masters before beginning P90X. Hopefully by progressing through all three programs I can help avoid over training that could happen since I am including running for my program. I am juggling my running days around so they fall on sculpt days, and correlating my P90 recovery weeks with my running recovery weeks once I start the 10k training in 3 weeks. I do have a blog at http://goodfoodsgoodlife.blogspot.com/ and hope to get to know all of you better while I work to succeed in my goals. PS: I am new to both blogging and video blogging so you'll have to forgive my lack of fancy graphics and flawed relationship with spell check.
