Warm up exercise. This is the Sword's Shield. The sword will appear in cirlcle at the front side of my body, so that it looks like a shield from the opponent's side. This is the training about the body and sword leverage-structure understanding and the handling of the force from the body to sword is good or bad. The smoother the circle in front side, the longer the time training.
